Sharing: Introduction
The Sharing module helps you easily share texts and images to social networks including Facebook, Twitter and Google+ using the native sharing functionality. In addition, it also provides convenient methods to capture the screenshots to be shared.
Below are the sharing interfaces on iOS and Android, respectively.
Sharing GIF Images
As of this writing, our tests show that:
- On iOS, sharing GIF images via the native sharing popup works with Apple services (AirDrop, iMessages, Save Images, etc.), it also works with Facebook Messenger, but sharing to Facebook (News Feed) and Twitter don't work (the GIF only shown as a static image).
- On Android, sharing GIF images via the native sharing popup works with most services including Facebook and Twitter.
Instagram Sharing
On iOS, the Instagram option is only available on the native sharing popup if the share content only has image. On Android it's available if the content has text or image or both.
